"Naomi" is the 11th instrumental project by Peter Lai - a Hong Kong born musician who gave up the pop music career and became "2" renowned identities - himself and Kenji Aoi. Of which, Kenji Aoi is the artiste name he uses when creating productions music for broadcasting media. While producing as Peter Lai, he tends to inject more than just musical thoughts. In 2009, the music CD + slide show album "Horizon Bleu" (French spelling) is a project combining music and photo images. The photos were taken in different parts of the world; from Tibet to the Amazon rain forest.  It holds a message to cherish the faces & places along the horizon.

This MP3 album has something different. First of all, there is no connection between all 14 songs. They don't form a story, they have no hidden messages. The tracks were composed and created in different time, there was no obvious plan to even putting them together. "More like practice songs, they are." Said the artiste himself. " The compose process was nothing more than playing along. Simple and straight forward. These beautiful melodies just came out from nowhere, so beautiful that I barely need to work on the arrangements". The music is so natural "when melody comes first."

A minor hint, "Naomi" is the name of Peter Lai's youngest daughter. Some might have already solved this riddle after noticing a much earlier title - "Hitomi", named after his first daughter.
